Before helping people with social and relational anxiety, I went this path myself.
I know exactly how lack of safety, shame and self-doubt feels. And I know the way out.
In our goals we don´t chase constant confidence or closeness in life and relationships.
Instead we are learning to live with new ideas: that being not perfect is more then normal, you still can show up, and you don’t have to earn your place. You already belong. And if something is on your way, you can stand it. Self-esteem is knowing that you can cope and strive.

Low Self Esteem
You achieve, prepare, and strive
— yet still feel not good enough inside.
Social Anxiety
You worry about how you come across. Conversations replay long after they end.
You adjust and work hard to keep the connection. Distance feels threatening, and your worth can depend on reassurance.
Avoidant attachment style
In our work, we do not fight what feels yours.
